As a design-build firm, Silver Leaf can approach interior design alongside a new construction or remodeling project rather than treating it as a separate finishing step. Our designers consider the entire space, from cabinetry, flooring, countertops and plumbing fixtures to furniture layouts, decorative lighting and décor. This allows decisions made during construction to support the way the completed home will ultimately look, feel and function.

Interior design develops in layers. Early decisions establish the foundation of the space, including finish materials, color palettes, cabinetry details, plumbing and lighting selections. From there, furniture, rugs, textiles, artwork and accessories bring scale, comfort and personality into the rooms.
Silver Leaf can assist with as much or as little of that process as the project requires. Our interior design services may include space planning, furniture selection and placement, material and finish sourcing, decorative lighting, décor and accessory selections, as well as coordination of furniture purchasing and procurement.
Each selection is considered in relation to scale, function and how the room will ultimately be used. The result is a finished environment with continuity between the architecture and the furnishings, while still allowing individual rooms to have their own character.

Once the larger design direction is established, the final layers can make an enormous difference in how a room feels. Depending on the project, Silver Leaf can also coordinate selections for rugs, textiles, wallpaper, blinds, shades, drapery and other window treatments.
These elements are considered as part of the overall interior rather than as standalone additions. Scale, texture, pattern, light control and the relationship to surrounding finishes all factor into the selection process, allowing the final details to reinforce the broader design.
